Obituary for Brenda Johnson Logan

Brenda J. Logan, age 67 of Bowdon (Blackjack Mountain), passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She was born December 11, 1949 in Carrollton, Georgia, daughter to Doris Irvin Johnson and the late Ray Johnson. She graduated from Mt. Zion High School and attended Carroll Tech College. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and granny. She was Baptist in belief and devoted to her faith. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Logan of Bowdon (Blackjack Mountain); her mother, Doris Johnson of Carrollton; her children, Wade and Julie Logan of Carrollton, and Matt Logan of Cleveland, GA; sister, Betty Johnson of Carrollton; and three grandchildren, Dylan Logan, Dale Logan and Madison Logan. Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Mr. Terry Harper and Mr. Steve Logan officiating. Interment will follow in Roopville City Cemetery with Daniel Logan, Jacob Logan, Jason Day, Dylan Logan, Dale Logan, and Collin Logan serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.martin-hightower.com.
