Obituary for (Infant) Joshua Malakai Githens

Infant Joshua Malakai Githens passed away suddenly on Monday, June 26, 2017. He was born June 17, 2017, the son of Michelle Githens of Carrollton, Georgia. In addition to his mother, survivors include: brother, Jordan Andrew and sister, Jayda Bryant, both of Carrollton; grandparents: Terry & Emily Githens of Roopville, Deb Cooper of Waco, and Vernon Cooper of Dallas, Georgia; aunts and uncles: Terri and Courtney Dickerson of Carrollton, Autum Githens of Roopville, Jessica and Bryant Thomas of Carrollton, Jimmy Githens of Graham, Alabama, Travis and Jackie Yearwood of Ephesus, Georgia: and step brother, Adam McCormick of Roopville. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 4:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Wendell Cooper and Deacon Jesse Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at West Georgia Memorial Park. Following the interment service, the family will meet at the home of Jessica and Bryant Thomas. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.martin-hightower.com.
