Obituary for Kenneth Noles

Mr. Kenneth Noles, age 76 of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Tanner Medical Center Carrollton. He was born in Graham, Alabama, December 27, 1940, the son of the late Word Noles and the late Lillie Lanier Noles. He graduated from Woodland High School, was a United States Army veteran, and retired, after thirty-five years, from the United States Postal Service. He was a member of Roopville Road Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Noles. Survivors include his wife, Rachel Cook Noles; son and daughter-in-law, Chris & Michelle Dyer of Carrollton; brother, Steve Noles of Graham, Alabama; sisters, Louise Cofield of Graham, Alabama and Mavis Chase of Waynesboro, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Rick Dyer and Jack Dyer. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM from Roopville Road Baptist Church with Dr. Stephen Peeples and Rev. Harlan Noles officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Jimmy Noles, Dwayne Noles, Rick Dyer, Jack Dyer, Ronnie Lewis and Anthony Hill. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
